Check out Kansas Flavors, this book written and designed with Kansas culture in mind. The concept behind this book derives from the fact that Kansas grows and produces local culinary experiences that need to be shared and celebrated. This book features full recipes with recipes cards (for PDF format, located at the end) with the idea that you would be able to tear out and take with you to the grocery store.
